The City has received a Site Plan Control application for 1364, 1368, and 1370 Stittsville Main Street, near the corner of Stittsville Main and Beverly (between Papa Sam’s and the Revera Stittsville Villa & Manor).
The site plan is required to permit the construction of a four-storey mixed-use building with ground-floor commercial space and 71 new apartments. There will be 87 parking spaces for residents and visitors in a partially-covered surface parking lot.
The site is zoned TM9 (Traditional Mainstreet, Stittsville Main Street Subzone), within the Stittsville Main Street Secondary Plan area. This accommodates a broad range of retail, service commercial, office, residential and institutional uses—including mixed-use buildings to a maximum of four storeys. No zoning by-law amendment or official plan amendment is required or proposed.
More information about the proposal is available on the City’s DevApps site…
