EQ Homes has applied to the Committee of Adjustment to obtain a minor variance from the zoning by-law to reduce the rear yard set backs on a property at 360 Haliburton Heights bounded by Haliburton Heights, Robert Grant Avenue, Cope Drive and Shinny Avenue. They are seeking this variance to build a Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of six back-to- back townhouse buildings with a total of 58 dwelling units on private streets, as shown on plans filed with the Committee.
The notice of application and the plans submitted by EQ Homes are available here. The next meeting of the Committee of Adjustment will take place on August 21 at 9:00 am at the Chamber, Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive.
If you wish to appear at a Committee hearing to speak in support of or in opposition to an application, you must present yourself at the public hearing and fill a request for decision form. Procedural information for presenters is available here.
