As part of the development of Fernbank Crossings, Rouncey Road will be extended to Fernbank Road. The City of Ottawa provided notice to the public of its intention to approve road modifications at the intersection of Fernbank and future Rouncey Road.
The proposed modifications will bring:
- A new three way intersection on Fernbank Road at Rouncey Road.
- An eastbound left-turn lane on Fernbank at Rouncey Road.
- A westbound right-turn lane and bike pocket on Fernbank at Rouncey Road

Nouvelle configuration proposée pour l’intersection des chemins Fernbank et Rouncey
Dans le cadre de l’aménagement du parc de Fernbank Crossings, le cheminRounceysera prolongé jusqu’au cheminFernbank. La Ville d’Ottawa a annoncé par avis public son intention d’approuver les modifications proposées à l’intersection du chemin Fernbank et du futur chemin Rouncey.
Voici en quoi consistent les modifications proposées :
- Une nouvelle intersection à trois voies sur le chemin Fernbank à la hauteur du chemin Rouncey;
- Une voie de virage à gauche en direction est sur le chemin Fernbank à la hauteur du chemin Rouncey;
- Une voie de virage à droite en direction ouest et un couloir cyclable sur le chemin Fernbank à la hauteur du chemin Rouncey.
