Canada Day in Stittsville is shaping up to be a great event, with a mix of new attractions and traditional favourites. Please join us for a day of family-friendly fun on the grounds of Sacred Heart High School, July 1st from 1pm to 10 pm. Fireworks will go off at 9:45 pm sharp.
As always, you can expect live music all afternoon and evening, some great inflatables, horse and wagon rides, face painting, a petting zoo, free birthday cake and glow sticks, and food served up by local vendors. Stay tuned for more details, and please do get in touch if you can volunteer. We need many helpers for this event to succeed. Students welcome!

Avec ses nouvelles attractions et ses incontournables classiques, la fête du Canada à Stittsville se promet enlevante. Le 1er juillet de 13 h à 22 h, venez vous amuser en famille ou entre amis sur le terrain de la Sacred Heart High School. Les feux d’artifice commenceront à 21 h 45 tapantes!
Comme toujours, il y aura des performances musicales en après-midi et en soirée, et toutes sortes d’activités : jeux gonflables, tours de cheval et de chariot, maquillages, mini-ferme, gâteau d’anniversaire et bâtons lumineux gratuits et vendeurs de nourriture locaux. D’autres détails vous seront transmis ultérieurement. N’hésitez pas à nous faire signe pour proposer vos services de bénévole : nous avons besoin de beaucoup de bras pour faire de cet événement un succès. Bienvenue aux étudiants!
