As part of the City of Ottawa’s annual infrastructure maintenance cycle, road resurfacing will begin in May 2024 and continue until late fall. At some time during the construction season, Cloverloft Court and Lazy Nol Court are being resurfaced.

What: Work will involve milling or pulverizing the existing surface, possible granular material
placement, adjustment of maintenance holes and catch basin grates, concrete repairs, and
roadway resurfacing. Increased noise levels are to be expected to facilitate the work.
Why: The City of Ottawa will resurface roads as preventative maintenance to extend the lifecycle of its roadway network.
When: This work is expected to start on June 10, 2024, and completion is anticipated by fall 2024.
Notices will be sent before construction. The road will remain open to traffic, and lane closures are expected. Traffic control personnel will direct traffic through the site. Weekend work is anticipated for all locations, and traffic interruptions may also be experienced due to flagging operations. Parking will be removed on both roadways during the weekday working hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We encourage residents to contact the undersigned to identify and confirm that private
irrigation systems have been disconnected or relocated. Damage may occur should you
choose not to relocate before our arrival.

2024 Resurfaçage des courts Cloverloft et Lazy Nol
Dans le cadre du cycle annuel d’entretien de l’infrastructure de la Ville d’Ottawa, le resurfaçage des routes commencera en mai 2024 et se poursuivra jusqu’à la fin de l’automne. À un moment donné pendant la saison de construction, Cloverloft Court et Lazy Nol Court refont surface.

Quoi : Les travaux comprendront le fraisage ou le pulvérisation de la surface existante, la mise en place possible de matériaux granulaires, l’ajustement des trous d’entretien et des grilles du bassin versant, la réparation du béton et le resurfaçage de la chaussée. Il faut s’attendre à une augmentation des niveaux de bruit afin de faciliter le travail.
Pourquoi : La Ville d’Ottawa resurfaçagea les routes à titre d’entretien préventif afin de prolonger le cycle de vie du réseau routier de la Ville.
Quand : Ces travaux devraient commencer en 10 juin 2024 et se terminer d’ici l’automne 2024.Des avis seront envoyés avant la construction. La route restera ouverte à la circulation et des fermetures de voies sont prévues. Le personnel de contrôle de la circulation dirigera la circulation sur le site. Des travaux de fin de semaine sont prévus pour tous les emplacements et des interruptions de la circulation peuvent également être observées en raison des opérations de repérage.
Nous encourageons les résidents à communiquer avec le soussigné pour identifier et confirmer que les systèmes d’irrigation privés ont été déconnectés ou déplacés. Des dommages peuvent survenir si vous choisissez de ne pas déménager avant notre arrivée.
