The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit back-to-back townhomes in a Richcraft development at 1620 Maple Grove Road.
The site is located south of Maple Grove Road between Huntmar Drive and Terry Fox Drive. The proposed back-to-back townhomes are within the approved Richcraft subdivision and will be surrounded by other low-rise residential homes within the same subdivision.
As part of the original approved plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment applications, back-to-back townhomes were always planned. However, accompanying zoning provisions to permit these homes were missed in the original zoning by-law amendment. This application is to correct this technical error.
