The second open house for the Stittsville South (W-4) future neighbourhood development plan will take place Thursday, July 18 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at CARDELREC (1500 Shea Rd). This session will cover:
- Existing Conditions Report: A detailed overview of the current state of the area, including environmental, transportation, and infrastructure assessments.
- Draft Concept Plan: Presentation of the initial concept plan outlining proposed land uses, community features, and development strategies.
- Feedback from the First Open House: A summary of the community feedback received during our first open house and how it has shaped the current planning process.

Stittsville-Sud – Deuxième séance portes ouvertes sur le futur quartier
La deuxième séance portes ouvertes sur le plan d’aménagement du futur quartier à Stittsville-Sud (W-4) se tiendra le jeudi 18 juillet, de 19 h à 21 h, au Complexe récréatif CARDELREC (1500, chemin Shea). Au cours de cette séance, nous discuterons des points suivants :
- Rapport sur les conditions existantes : Un aperçu détaillé de l’état actuel du secteur, y compris les évaluations de l’environnement, des transports et de l’infrastructure.
- Plan de conception préliminaire : Présentation du plan de conception initiale qui illustre les utilisations du sol proposées, les caractéristiques de la communauté et les stratégies d’aménagement.
- Commentaires reçus lors de la première séance portes ouvertes : Un résumé des commentaires dont la communauté nous a fait part lors de la première séance portes ouvertes et des effets qu’ils ont eus sur le processus de planification actuelle.
